HRH The princess mother's has been interested in improving quality of life of the thailand population for over 50 years ago before other people would be interested in the population problem. She found local conditions that is rural, has uneducated children ,has big poor families, is lack of food, etc. all of which clearly indicates the poor quality of the thai population.

She also give her money and money from one who give to border police division to build nearly 200 schools around the border country. Including in 1969 she initiated the establishment of a volunteer emergency medical treatment without charge unit. Later she also establish the Princess Mother’s Medical Volunteer Foundation to support these activities of volunteer medical unit. These bring the good quality of life to people in rural areas and improve the quality of the thai population as well. With the costless obligation of HRH The Princess Mother's she received the Planned Parenthood Association of Thailand under her Patronage since the start of establishing on 14 April 2513, which makes the association be a pioneer and a leader in family planning in Thailand and implement programs to improve the quality of life of thai people in all areas of the country, without trouble. Through the association to receive kindness from Her Majesty Princess Galyani Vadhana Krom Luang Narathiwat with the association of family planning and improving the quality of life .
